Gramene is a comparative genome mapping database for grasses and crop plants. It combines a semi-automatically generated database of cereal genomic and expressed sequence tag sequences, genetic maps, map relations, quantitative trait loci (QTL), and publications, with a curated database of mutants (genes and alleles), molecular markers, and proteins. This datatype refers to genes in Gramene.
gramene.gene
Local identifiers in Gramene Gene should match this
regular expression:
^GR\:\d+$
Compact URIs (CURIEs) constructed from Gramene Gene should match
this regular expression:
^gramene\.gene:GR\:\d+$
A summary of the relations in the Semantic Farm schema can be found here.
The metaregistry provides mappings between the Semantic Farm and other registries. There are 4 mappings to external registries for this resource with 2 unique external prefixes.
