The ClimOO SDC2 module forks the Sustainable Development and Climate (SDC) Ontology, updating the proposed models. The SDC2 module centers on climate and climate change, especially with regard to environmental features and related interconnections. Emphasis is also dedicated to relevant policies.

Providers
A provider turns a local unique identifiers from a resource into a URI. Many providers are also resolvable as URLs (i.e., they can be used in a web browser).
The local unique identifier Adaptive_Capacity is used to demonstrate the providers
available for ClimOO - Sustainable Development and Climate Ontology. Some providers may use a different example, which is displayed in the table below.
